Stay in His Word

How can we grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and savior. Wether you are just starting your journey, going through a "dry patch", or just want to get closer to him, there are many ways we can grow in him. First and foremost, it is extremely important to spend time in his word. We can learn so much through studying and reading our bibles.  Another way is to have someone you can talk to. Find a friend or family member that you can talk to throughout your journey. Read the bible together or discuss different verses with each other. This helps you not only grow within him, but to also go into a deeper level of understanding when it comes to different parts of the bible. With that being said, I challenge you to read one chapter of your bible with a friend or family member and discuss what you take away from it personally. Talk about what different verses mean and how they can apply to your life.
