Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

All products are made to order through Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment, plus 3–7 business days for delivery transit within the United States, for a typical estimated delivery window of 5–14 business days after your order is placed. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, and promotions.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Events outside our control

If a package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact your local carrier office

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
