RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue

  • You must include your order number in your message

To submit a claim, email:

If your claim is approved, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you. You are not required to return the defective item unless specifically instructed.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental purchases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
