Rewarded with your hearts desires

We all know that we need to listen to God. We know that he gives us guidelines to how we should live, which will help us throughout our lives. These paths and guidelines are hard to follow, regardless of how great or small they may be; but did you know that the reward for following him is greater than you think. Psalm 37:4 says "Take delight in the Lord,
    and he will give you the desires of your heart". Take in the true meaning of this verse. No matter how far they may seem away, your dreams and aspirations can and will come true if you keep Gods word close to your heart. Listen to what he says; this will not only result in an improved quality of life and personal character traits (such as discipline, happiness, and persistence), but also result in obtaining your hearts desires. God knows that it is hard to resist temptation, but you will be greatly rewarded for your work. Stay persistent, stay in his word, and stay planted.
